I think headache inducing clock may me a better thread title. 😆

on the subject of clocks, I got this one for xmas:

Probably the last thing you want to hear in the morning if you did commute in Tokyo but I think its pretty cool.

Remember though there is a valve/antiflood mod that cures most lock out problems, takes longer to fit though.

I suspect it’s not grammatically correct. I found myself pondering, “every little what?” Then I realised I was wasting valuable time going off on tangents again, which is a problem of mine and accounts for much of my lack of achievement in life. Now I realise I’m wasting your valuable time too. Its 10 O’clock and time for a cuppa tea. All this because “Thanks John” seemed way too concise.

    What? :con:

I had one the other day Andy, the pressure chamber was blocked as they have a habit of doing, but once cleaned the fill level was insufficient. I mean barely touching the inner drum. These are the models with the tiny pressure ‘switch’ on the pcb itself. Turns out that after prolonged use with the blocked air bell, the pcb reverts to a default emergency mode and once the pressure chamber fault was corrected, it continues in this emergency mode and reclibration OR a new module (£150 odd exchange! if the heater gone as well then they are in for a £300 odd repair bill) is the only cure. So now, it is extremely difficult to quote for jobs not knowing if this will happen or not. Having said that, I must have cleaned out hundreds of these without problem so lets hope its a rare occurance.
Anyone with this software and the sucker connector wants to pm me to take a look/ have a copy I would be most gratefull.

You may well get smoke and smells the first time you use it but if this continues there may well be a problem. Suggest you call MFI and speak to them.

Thanks John, I know that and do you know what the difference is between the 2 models? Yep, mounting of regulators! Hence I turned up with the wrong one.
