Its a faulty drier NTC. in the front duct between heater and drum, check wiring to it can suffer broken wires.

2 versions of that one, an APM8702 0 (546023700) and APM8702/1 (546060201) My bet it will be the latter, doing tons of them right now.

Dont really order anything in 10’s these days other than Smeg and Hotpoint/creda fan elements.
Oh here’s a thought, what about a universal Bosch dishwasher element that can be slipped into those plastic heater boxes? Currently carry 3 different ones at £60 odd a piece.Re: neff oven b1420bogb5
Dont know for sure but on some ovens the old ones can be dropped out the bottom and the new ones fiddled up and into position using the hinge slots.

They are well within their rights to request an engineer visits first, if only to prove its not missuse but, once there you can refuse the repair. If the system wanted re gassing then there may be an internal leak or a leak from the work of the engineer. Just a shame their lead times are so long. Think again before buying Hotpoint/Indesit in the future.
