There are electronic pcb problems with these, its a complex thing to diagnose and not a lot you can do your self. Suggest calling an expert.

Re: hoover washer dryer hwl 3137 vanishing front panel trans

are you cleaning it with anything? Just a damp cloth is recommended, no cleaning agents. Dont know of a problem with these but as its so new they may have a dodgy batch as suggested. Another 4 panels before your warranty is up and maybe they will get the message and improve them.

    Re: BEKO 1715s

Beko is/are a bit of a grey area on this forum. Dont know what your problem may be but it could be a time out fault. Possibly too slow draining or filling. First step is to check your filter which may be hidden behind the kick plate at the bottom of the front of the machine. Make sure the machine is empty before undoing this and have a towel ready to catch any water.
Other then that, you will have to make that call.
    Keep us informed.

I would have such a thing and will reply on Monday when I am at work again. In the meantime, look on the rating plate for a model number starting with: WM and post it here.

    Re: Gorenje

My experiences of BSH engineers attitude when faced with a Gorenje product is well documented here and led to us dropping the brand altogether. Shame cos it was good and the Bosch service tie in was giving it needed credibility but as Dave says it didnt do our customes any favors at all.
Dont forget to ask about parts as BSH were, on the whole pretty good at supplying these once you found someone there who actually knew they were handling the brand.
I read that BSH are launching a new brand tommorrow at the show, aimed at “younger” buyers……erm interesting.
Anyway, have a good show, i ill be nearbye but at NASCAR 3d at Millenium point IMAX, film starts at 3pm if anyone is at a loose end after the show.

Re: Getting the belt on the tension pulley – Hpt condenser d

cable ties work perfectly on wma’s (dont forget to cut them off) tip, if replacing beairngs, tub etc fit the belt on before lifting the tub unit back, its amazingly easy to fit when the tub is out without any tools or aids at all.

Re: Who charges what for what ??

Are you running this as a sideline or hobby or a real business? Its no fun doing this job and your prices are way out of date and dont seem to have any part/labour justification. Other than the Hotpoint Bearing price, you are around half the cost we would charge.

Sorry for the delay, this post seems to have got missed .

Not sure exactly what your problem is but if the programme has been interrupted, the timer may need re setting. This model uses a mechanical timer in the base and its not really a diy job to re set it.
