The 7a connector on the selector is going to the earth tag of the fan element, is this normal? if so it must be the selector as there is continuity between that 7a and the live / neutral parts of the selector.
    Any help is much appreciated.
    Thanks

cannot imagine any circumstance that this would be correct. someone been in there before maybe? Is it a normal earth coloured wire?

I think its the amount of flashes that count rather than which lights are flashing.
eg 1 flash within 15 secs = door lock
2 flash = water level not reached
    3 flash = not draining
4 flash = antil flood pressure swhtch tripped
    5 ntc
6 (dreaded) core pcb or wiring
    7 no motor action
    8 tacho
    9 core board again
10 n/a who knows proabably core board
    11 dry module (if w/d)
12 missing dialouge between boards-go figure
    13 also missing dialogue nonsense

taking the top panel makes it easier but it is possible without. have you got the 2 screws under the 2 small grills where the air fresheners are? Once all the screws are out it will pull off put there are also 4 plastic hooks, 2 on each side which need prising out. Think these are indicated by an arrow by each of them, a flat blade will release. Be carefull though as it may be frozen to the evaporator.

so they are, apologies for thinking the op got it wrong, just goes to show how far removed most of us are from the commercial world.
Interesting site though and this washer looks very familiar:

wonder how much they sell that for?
hi eastmark thats not a schulthess i think its a maytag
schulthesst around the £2,500 mark entry level

My post said “interesting site (the Armstrong one)” never meant to say it was a shultz whatever. It is clearly an Asko though, who also make the Maytag. I kind of thought everyone on here would know that, hence my “looks familiar” quote.
I was wondering just how much they sell a commercial version of what is the ISE 10 for?

not sure thats the correct model number Don, but assuming its quite a late model I would think its a flow meter fault.

good to see some local folks getting a chance with the torch, unfortunatly, in my area next weekend the torch bearers are all employees of Samsung flown in from the far east.
