    Re: Football Season 2014/2015

    Just logging in from Tallinn.
I think we’ve had a good transfer window, some good business done. I don’t think it’s the fans that will pay for uniteds activity in the transfer window martin. Adidas have already done that.

Bit of a lesson at turf moor tonight as Chelsea purred past Burnley 3-1.
It’s early days and the opposition didn’t provide the sternest test, but on that form they’ll take some stopping.

united have had an excellent pre season, in a stark contrast to last year.
this season promises to be even better than last in the premier league.
just go easy on us! 😯

Re: Liebherr GN2323 Freezer not cold enough

hello colin, part number is correct 6144436. it was 6143044 but has been superceded.
if you cant obtain the part from this site, then you could try liebherr on 08444 122655.
please note, I’m not telling you that the pcb is the correct part to repair your appliance.
without physically looking at it, it’s almost impossible to make a correct diagnosis.
    thanks.

Re: Liebherr GN2323 Freezer not cold enough

There are two sensors within the evaporator compartment. One sits actually inside the evaporator and the air sensor sits at the front of the evaporator.
The evap sensor itself is responsible for turning the fan on and so I can’t understand how the fan could run when the evap sensor is actually outside of the evaporator, where it should sit??

Hello Colin, I’ll look at the tech info for you in the morning.
What are you experiencing at the moment?
There has been two months since your last post and so your freezer must have worked fir a while since?

    Re: Liebherr Fridge Freezer Diagnosis

It’s likely to be any one of a few things really.
The first thing I would check would be the freezer evaporator. Is it blocked? Is the drain hole in the freezer blocked?
Your fridge has a wet wall evaporator and the fridge compartment is cooled by conduction from the back wall, as opposed to convection from the freezer evaporator. The flow of refrigerant to the fridge is controlled by a valve.
The problem could be attributable to the freezer evaporator being blocked, the valve being faulty or maybe even a system fault – a refrigerant leak more likely than a compressor fault.
I wouldn’t suspect an evaporator sensor fault, as you say the freezer is frozen and the evap sensor in the fridge controls the compressor.
It sounds like engineer time to be honest, but you really need one who knows your appliance.
Have you tried the search facility on this site? Failing that, try calling liebherr themselves.
    Hope this helps.

Well that’s her best option now tbh. The problem is she hasn’t made too good a job of it!
