Re: Canon CH60 DPXFs tripping main RCD

tripping RCD faults are normally down to element faults. if your grill works ok then that element is eliminated
on most top ovens there is a second element under the floor of the oven and I suspect this element (should be part no C00230135 on yours) has an earth fault when it gets hot
cant think why he changed the potentiometer unless he thought is was getting too hot

have checked the board I have and the relays used are

    HF152F 9 volt coil and
    HF3FD 9 volt coil

HF152F is a similar size but they seem to have slightly different pin positions to the shrack 3-1415356-1 / PBH34009
if you think you can alter the board to fit it your welcome to one. board has come out of a Neff oven unit so is used in a similar way (part no 658000)

the base of the dishwasher is a tank that catches water that leaks ( if any) this tank has a float that stop the programme and turns on the pump till the water is removed

Re: VT1014D23 – runs for 4 seconds at a thim

difficult no easy way to be sure 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} but is sounds like the board power supply is acting up
you could contact EMW electronics or http://www.qer.biz/servreps.htm
and see if they can test and repair this board.
another problem that we are getting these days is unprogrammed boards so if you buy a new one its useless unless you have the gear to programme it

    Re: Siemens HB15N550GB/03

the power supply is just to supply power to the pcb so a short in an element to earth is not going to affect this board unless the main board gets damaged too.
had a similar bosch board go faulty and if you looked carefully you could see a hole in one of the driver chips and that was all

you should be able to verify the voltages on the power board are ok

Re: Tecnik TKL925 burning smell after new brushes

I would expect an electrical sparking smell as brushes bed in but any other smell is suspect
when you fit new brushes it is a good idea to do lighter loads and lower the final spin speed for about the first 10 washes

    part number is 1799700800

its not the sort of part you can get easily as its not a fast moving part. all my suppliers are showing special order which means they would rely on Beko

have you looked on ebay for a good second hand one ?
