    if you have to replace the drum its not worth and that’s the problem. if you get a sealed drum machine in you cant recondition it in case the drum fails.

    am very selective which machine I do now but I know there is not a lot of profit so I only do them if I have a quiet day.

    I offer a 3 month loose warranty. by that I mean I don’t stick to the day. there is northing worse than a machine going wrong 1 day outside a guarantee. If I think a part should not have failed like a motor I will still do it over 3 months and it looks good as the customer thinks I am offering good service and it give me a getout if the machine has been abused

    try this

    set knob to 6 o clock
    press start button 3 times
    click knob 1 click clockwise
    press start 3 times
    turn off wait 5 secs then try it

    do you mean you select a programme and start it . machine fills up and then stops

    not sure who makes this one but will hazard a guess at stoves

    from the manual they give service contact number of 0845 00 60 006

    tried to search who its for but cant find a solid ref. suggest you ring it and see what happens

    there is a switch with a small tube coming off it at the top of the machine. this switch senses water level and uses air pressure to do it. if you follow the tube down you will find a plastic bell.
    if this bell is clogged or the tube has a hole rubbed through it it will cause your problem

    warning do not blow into the switch
