dont know on this unit. some are controlled by electronics some by simple switches

this is a simple timer so no should not be affected by stst
but you can also bridge out the clock if you dont want it. the wiring diag show 2 red wires if you join these and disconnect the blue one oven will work with no clock
part number of timer should be 267100063

still got a GEC coldspace 43
(like one pictured below) only taken out of service last year. still runs and freezes wellnot sure how old it is but it was bought when in a previous house and we left there in 1970

if the fuse in the plug is 13amp then you have probably blown a hole in the printed circuit board
it is common for kitchen fitters to leave the 13A fuse in the plug or spur box and ignor the manual which asks for 3 or 5A

check the fusible resistor on the board around 100 ohms
if its gone may be just the resistor or the power supply chip as well

cant find a listing for the ntc in your machine but there is not many places it can be
normally with most dishwashers its either in the sump or in the door in contact with the metal

if it wont fit because of height ask if the do a kit to lower it
bosch do they make a build under kit that removes the lid and replaces it with a steel plate (think its still made )

no sign of any bullins re this switch
have added picture from qualtex cant be sure its the actual switch but it may help
