one of the problems with these boards is there are 2 of them. so 1 or both may be faulty. if its under 5 years you may be able to claim on the 5 years parts warrenty (but you have to pay hotponts labour charge) or send both boards to http://www.emwelec.co.uk/
they can then test and repair as a pair

could be the pcb units on these machines are live 24 hours a day so tend to go
    as a long shot
    turn off at plug
find the wire that connects to front panel from the main board below
remove it ans replace it to clean contacts

    switch on and try again

just thought it may have got disturbed with your hands inside

no but since you have been playing door may still be locked

select a pump only cycle start it and let it finish (listen for door lock going clunk)

then turn off and unplug reach down inside behind the door lock. feel for the metal hook that is on the door. push it to the left ( i normally use a small screwdriver or a 2 inch screw to help) its quite stiif as you are pushing against a spring

once the door is open dont close again. it will be the door handle in the door that needs replacing

Re: 6inch 6 point fan oven blade

there is no such thing as a universal fan blade. there are some manufacturers who sell them seperatly

    Beko pt no BE116100007
    zanussi 50240853007

but these do not fit all models. you do not say what you want it for as these seldom fail in ovens

could you use fridge fans. these clamp on motor shafts so are easier to fit to a straight shaft

    Re: hotpoint tvm570 not reversing

    very likely

to you have 2 wires going to the capacitor from the timer. the timer send a live to wire 1 for one direction or a live to the other to reverse it

    Re: Beko wmc6120w Leaking

if machine id filling up between uses there is ony 2 ways it can happen

1 inlet valves machine will fill with clean water much like a leaking sink tap with the plug in. therfore you will find it full of water

2 drain hose backfill from the drain hose due to bad plumbing. machine will fill with dirty water from sink. raise hose to stop it

no really its how long is a peice of string
have not had this fault yet so only going by tech info

not sure without looking it up but does this unit have a timed dry programme. if so it may work on that as it may not need to use this sensor
