i agree it all down to cost. The higher the amount the more reason to persue, but for £40 with no parts outlay his time is better served dealing with paying customers

I do realise where most of you are coming from but in the end it is best use of time and its no worth it going through court
put it down to experience but make sure you mark his card and spread the word
there will come a day when he needs you, or one of his family. It might take a while but the day will come
At the end of the day you have lost a bit of fuel and time so on paper its about £10 give up and move on.

Re: Help my Candy GrandO washing machine Door security Led k

anything that goes flash is normally big problems

my guess is the door lock has failed and taken out the programmer but i hope to be wrong

at under 2 years old this machine could be described as unmerchantable quality and not fit for the purpose as a reasonable person would expect an appliance of this type to last longer than this
look up guarentees on google in particular sales of goods act
then approach the retailer as your contract is with them. do not let them fob you off to the manufacturer as the retailer has ultimate responsibility

    hope this helps

Re: AEG Competence Oven stops working

in your case the whole oven is controlled by a computer so does not use the same relay
not seen many of these but it seems like a similar problem. you need to check if the cooling fan is running. it may be jammed or not turning fast enough

    your bringing back memories now

the days when you could buy every part of the motor had one old dear used to take one of these apart to dust it on a regular basis and lost the armature

complete with (almost) dust proof bag

    Re: Bosch Motor

endframe was used as brush repair on this early motor
on later motors you can get at the end of the brushholders and remove brushes
if your motor has visible brush holders this end unit wont fit

? why do you need an endframe ? brushes now available car70
