The new one is currently fitted though, the lamp looks okay a thought the metal is a bit dark but I imagine that’s from the heat over the years. Pic attached if it will load.
yes looks ok, if they blow its always at the bottom and you will see evidence

Moderatoryes remove both connections from element and motor and insulate wires so they cant short out
since there components are not connected, if it still blows you can say its not either of these components causing your problem

Moderatorok look at one thing. if its got an oven lamp take out the lamp and look for burn marks on the lamp. had a few flash over
if ok then try something
disconnect both wires from the element and fan motor. insulate them and see if it pops when disconnected
if it still does it can be either component

ps have deleted your other post to save clutter

Moderatorproblem here is we have not got a lot to go on
we know its an enfield but with no model we cant look up anything
you say you changed the element but some ovens have more than one
a few clear pics might help but you are limited on size so it might be as well to host offsite and post public links
this could be a faulty wire have you checked the wiring in case one has rubbed through

Moderatorif it is the pump a the pump chamber would be full.
you say the pump is working so i assume its pumping water up. so i would say it cant be the pump
take it apart and clean it and take it from there
Dave
to look at parts go herehttps://www.miele.co.uk/c/spare-parts-and-accessories-24.htm
then scroll down and select “visit spare parts catalogue”

Moderatoryes the pump is available but its £118
if its an electronic sensor, Bosch do the same thing and they get covered in wet lint and give false readings
may just need a good clean

ModeratorAEGowner wrote:
Do you mean connecting the oven, hob and extractor together on a 32A radial circuit goes against electrical regs?
ok depends on what you mean as a radial circuit. if its a dedicated wire ( normally 6mm) and it only feeds the hob and the oven thats ok
if it feeds any other socket in the kitchen then no
its only a new circuit if the wire is fed from the fuse board. any existing joint box is going to be part of an existing circuit. if this circuit supplies anything else then both appliances would have to be limited to 13A to be able to be plugged in or connected through a 13A spur box

Moderatorwhen the lamp blew it has gone with a bang. this has welded a relay contact
2 options
1 find the relay and replace it
2 replace the whole boardthe board is about £130 the relay takes a bit more skill but less than £10

Moderatorthats would go against electrical regs
for him to even suggest that makes me doubt his electrical qualifications

Moderatorand what would the hob be hard wired to?
A hard wired cooker circuit must be on its own fuse in the ciruit board and can only feed the cooker. no other sockets are aloowed to be connected to this circuit
