from what i can see you have ordered the wrong pumpas Matrix said above it may fit but may not work
it looks like the part no you need is 651956 but cant be 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} certain unless you post the complete Enr number

in the base of the machine, underneath where the motors are is a floatundo the covers and see if there is water down there

Beko is worth looking and next to bottom hoover and hotpoint
bottom of the heap are the oddball makes and Bush which is a dont even think about as spares are non existant
electrolux , Zanussi and AEG (all the same company ) ar middle of the road. Easy spares access

there maybe somewhere but noit looked
but you need to check its gone. I agree its most likely but you would be sick if you fitted a new one at about £100 and found its something else

Moderatorok that can be checked with a multimeter from the access cover at the front
large plug going into the motor, unplug and check resistance where the 2 red wires connect

Moderator1 damp towel is never enough as it may not touch the sensor
and machine is no setup to cope with liquid water, your likely to ruin it that way

Moderatornormally if the check water light is steady its a water fault if its flashing it could be anything else
also as the machine goes into fault mode it pumps out hence no water

I ssume when it stop and you give it a push it does not startif yes my next test would be looking for power at the motor. if the motor is power but its not moving it must be the motor
