2 steps in the smell hit me like a ton of bricks, cat litter boxes all over the house – full of cats poo/pee

the guy is about 30 years old and more than able to deal with the litter, but 1 look around the house gave me my answer

anyway, the oven needed an element quick fix – thank eff for that

so getting to the things they say —– when I was testing the oven he pipes up —ohh is that the new element I’m smelling —- Im like WTF

i felt like answering i can’t smell anything as my senses have been mugged by your cats pee , but being the professional i am? –
i said ohh yes that’s what the smell is

Been in a few houses like that. went in one where the dogs pee on the floor and the small of ammonia was over powering. luckily as you said the job was quick. While I was there he was complaining that a boiler engineer had not done a good job because the boiler was leaking. I kept quiet as i knew the engineer had probably rushed the job to escape the smell

when i try to clear blocked drain holes I use a long cable tie

its soft and plastic so it does not damage the tube

well cant do any harm to check

    https://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/12ml09-miele-washing-machine-carbon-brushes

this is a copy set, they tend to be ok but i often find i have to reuse the rubber mounts

brushes have to be fitted locked into the holders and released after they are installed. on the motor

a little tricky but can be done
