ok well cant find a pic of the oven or the owners manual so

if its a true fan oven heat will come from the rear. turn on with door open and see where its gettin got

if its a multifuncion unit or convection then heat will come from top and bottom. you can again try this by turning on and feeling for heat

the timing of any programme is averaged until the machine can measure the moisture as drying time depends on load size.

as for cuting out before time , what was loaded in it? if its all towels or similar material it may dry better. if some of the items are dried quicker it may not sense the wetter items

well with the amount of time you have had this fault you could argue its ” not of merchantable quality ” and ” not fit for the purpose “

look up the consumer rights act

since you bought it from Miele your contract is with them so that is who you approach

I know that feeling. It comes to something when its quicker and cheaper to get a parcel from france that most of the suppliers in the uk

Will be interesting to see how Screwfix shakes things up in the future.
think some suppliers have lost the plot, you cant talk to anyone with most suppliers but aswo still have a freephone number so you can get in touch, Means you can answer your problem quickly and not wait for emails to go back and forth

check the fuse hidden in the harness normally T6.3A

its normally wrapped into the hatness leading to the timer

heater on these is switched by the motor centrifugal switch . so no motor no heat
