the condensor is not metal thats the heater unit. The condensor runs down the back of the drum normally below the heater unit where the air enters the fan.
on your machine its probably moulded as part of the drum unit.

its the right hand hose going into the soap draw looking from the front

ok can see that and its a right mess

you may be able to fix it but it would mean making a metal bracket of some kind to hold that end

after that you have a few options all may or may not work

1 purchase the door inner from this site but i would check price is correct and stock level. Site says with you in 2 to 9 days so may not have stock. if they dont Siemans are showing price at £34.45. There might be p&p on this site but siemans seems to be free

both your and the one above use same glass and door hook. Thats as far as i can go. even if the door inner was the same part number will differ because of colour

how old is the unit you have and what is the Enr number ?

you cant swop the valves as the one for the dryer is restricted so it only trickles in. Also you may nit use the soap draw but the machine still gets water through it

follow the pipes and see if one does not go to the soap draw

sounds like the compessor is not running or if it is then its an expensive problem

take the side off and see if compressor is getting warm

well these faults can be a problem

check the wiring from the door control to the board. remove any plugs and replace

if it works then ok if not it can be

either board or the cable joining the two

there is an anti flood float in the base where all the works are

chances are this has flooded which turns the pump on unless you switch off at the plug

ok well the fault can only be one of 2 things

1 the valve is not being energised
2 the valve is faulty inside and not opening
