Moderatorwith the age of it you might well find the spider badly corroded when you split it
chances are you will need a lump hammer to get the drum shaft out ( unless your lucky) you will also need to find another bolt and washer to screw in the spider so you can hit it without damaging it

Moderatorthe only way you can be certain is to remove the pulley and look at the number on the rear bearing ot measure the shaft diameter
also a lot of the time if the pulley is metal it 35mm if its plastic its 30
6207z, 6206z 35mm6206zz, 6205zz 30mm
so the rear bearing on 35mm is 6206 (shaft diameter 30mm)
and on the 30mm its 6205 (shaft diameter 25mm )

Moderatorwell dont know what that is but am fairly certain its not off the machine

Moderatorthere are only 3 options
35mm shaft drum seal has a metal surround
30mm shaft drum seal is all rubber
and
sealed tank so you cant change bearingssince its also possible the spider is corroded I suggest you strip it and check first. if there are no bolts holding the drum halves together then its a sealed tub and cant be repaired

Moderatorif its only a few months old why are you touching it as you could void the warranty
ring hoover and tell them to sort it
I think its the drum bearing water seal and with no lubrication it will fail probably just outside the warranty

Moderatorsort of correct
the module senses the current drawn by the pump to detemine when its empty. higher current means its still fullits called “virtual sensors “
think whirpool started it ( cant be certain) but a lot of manufacturers are doing it now

Moderatorcondensor does not work that way
to be technical it causes a phase shift to on winding in a single phase motor to start it. if the cap fails the motor would not start or have a lot of difficulty doing so as it fails. we get the same fault on tumble dryers and customers find it will start with small loads onlyif its a board power supply issue it would struggle to start and it may alter the temps it is reading from the sensor

Moderatorif it was me i would look at the control board for blown components and to see how the power supply for it is made
unless you can solder electronic components then its a non starter
