could be a concrete weight loose,
feet may not be adjusted properlyor just some random part hitting the case
had things like this. the bad engineers refuse to come back so he sounds ok

also did he remove transit bolts. you can tell be seeing if the drum moves easily forward and back at the top

ModeratorSamsung manuals are hard to get
there are a few on manuals lib. not same model but at least its a heat pump unit
try a timed programme if its got one as there can sometimes ignor sensors

fault 2 terminates after 10did customer see any fault codes ?
when it terminates is it dead or can you reprogramme at once ?

Moderatorwell from your 2 pics it looks like the rubber on the new one is a lot thicker
the profile shape is similar so look how the old one fitted as a clue

Moderatorwell might well fit but uncrimping and recrimping the base might be difficult
but considering the price of the new inner door you have not got a lot to lose

Moderatordont know if its correct
do know the seal is fitted and then its crimped every 30mm or so. all those crimps have to be opened before you can fit it and then crimped closed againwhen i look up your unit on the public hotpoint spares site it comes with the inner door as £122 but not shown separately

Moderatortake the lid off and see if the noise is at the top or the bottom of the machine

Moderatorits difficult to tell but my first check would be the fan assembly not the compressor.
the fan blows the air around the system while its drying and something may have disturbed it during the move
did you put the transit bolts back in during the move ?

and it worked. pcb was wrong one for that machine seemed to be 2 different versions.Beko often change boards by serial no so it may have been for same model but the may have changed board and lock on a later machine
can see that happening and I have looked up Beko parts that change number if add serial no

but check it will fit yours. you will also need the spire clips to clip in the holes and self tappers
