Moderatoraccording to the manual its got a pre wash button that adds a pre wash to some programmes but not all

check seal and check water level

but it is an overflow if at the front is the door seal in place and clean ?
is water overflowing ie too much water

Moderatorsounds like is flooded underneath
take the cover off the bottom under the door
make sure the plug is out and see if there is water down there. if yes mop it out and try it while watching for leaks

Moderatorthe only way you can test a relay is to power it up
most relays need DC. if you look at the numbers on the relay and search it you should be able to find it . after you remove the relay you can power it up with the correct voltage and see if the contacts close with a multi meter
assume you have checked the water is turned on also find the fill solenoid and check that has not gone, expect to get 3K ohm or there abouts

Moderatorthose 2 fault codes only affect the dryer
1st one is to do with the sensor and the 2nd is a fan triac driver fault
f13 NTC dryer sensor open / short-circuiting. Fan
Motor jammed. Condenser or blower cloggedF19 Fan motor not wired / Fan motor driving triac
short circuit or Switch relay contacts
sticking / Fan motor pin feedback in shot
circuit with Vccdave
