Moderatoryou could try one long shot
try turning the tap down a bit to slow water inputwhat my thinking is , if your reed is not reacting quick enough it may miss some pulses.
it is a long shot and probably will fail but its free to tryafter that it sounds like the board is not getting the info from the reed so it may be a board fault

panel comes with no software and has to be programmed

first lamp is 1
2nd lamp is 2
3rd lamp is 4 etcthen you add them
so i think thats fault 3

there will be resistance from the motor and belt but it should move
are you testing with or without load ?

pump is fed from terminal 9 connector KN4
find pump triac and check
board shows up as £40 from aswo =vat etc should be part no 1739160200
to be accurate on part no would need serial no as sometimes part no changes when you add it

you can see the screws but the access is through the knob

looks like part no is 41020655
