assume you have thoroughly cleaned the panel around the microwave button as contamination can affect operation

    ok
    best of luck
let us know how you get on

    but on another tack
your legal contract is with the retailer not with miele. I am assuming you did not buy it direct. It may be worth contacting the retailer or maybe you should be taking them to court.
Look into the consumer rights act as this gives you certain right to expect appliances to be fit for purpose and of merchantable quality

just ideas for you to investigate

as with every mass produced appliance you will always get a lemon unless the whole production has the fault

dont know as fridges are not my area of expertise but someone i know did say Liebherr have got a few mods in some of their units to correct production design errors

If that is the case in yours I would expect Miele tech to know if there are any pertaining to your unit

when the tacho goes you will get open circuit so easy to tell

ID code (D hex code for 13) yes its tacho no output. if motor is running then tacho is first on list

As long as a condensing dryer is well maintained you should not have condensation problems
    BUT
you cannot operate in a small enclosed cupboard so will have to leave the door open during use

A heat pump dryer might need less ventilation but the normal condensing dryer need colder air from the room to condense

to finish this off it was the seal round the heater inlet stopping the drum from being removed
once it got a long screwdriver down there I was able to prise if off through the hole where the heater attaches

well from the pure physics point of veiw

you have very hot moist air which should flow through condensor front to back
you should have room air blown left to right through condensor.
if that does not condense then physics is wrong

so either the condensor is blocked. customers clean front to back but forget left to right
    or
door filter is blocked, again customers clean it but dont wash it every now and then. get lots of those blocked

lastly had heaters blocked before today

yes can see diagram shows loose sides but they are not.
there not in the parts listing so not on this model

I think its a gasket thats stuck where the hot air enters the rear. there is a gasket just around the oblong hole
Going back with very long screwdrivers to see if it can prise it out. told customer it may scrap it if i use too much force but I have to find out why

    well fairly simple build

got to be an airflow problem
its a standard condensor without self cleaning condensor unit
condensor as you know has 2 air flows , cold and hot
one of them is not working

if it was condensing and water was not being pumped up then at best you would get a full container light and at worst it would leak
