Moderatorlook at my other post
https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/forum…ondensor-drier
just had one that would not come apart and the input seal was stuck to the rear
you also leave the belt on the idler pulleys plus the idler pulleys fail so if belt has failed change them as well

Moderatorsounds like the fan motor needs changing
to make sure
turn it on, if fan does not start poke something through the holes and give it a push without turning off. You are in no danger of getting a shock, if fan then runs it means it was a mechanical fan problem so the motor needs changingDave

ModeratorI would take the top off and look around
if it was noisy it sounds like the drum has been bouncing around too much. Huge problem with washer dryers is the lack of room for the drum to move before it hits something
also any parts you replace on Beko can be serial number specific so make sure they supply the correct part. Have often had a part numbers change when you enter a serial no probably due to having different software
am possibly expecting damage to the wiring harness at some point

Moderatornot sure where you are looking but that not hotpoints gen site
to get the correct part you will need model no plus the commercial code off the label
and go hereyou can then get the genuine part no that other sites hide beginning C00
then you can search to see who is cheaper

Moderatorno but if you open an account you dont have to buy anything to access
plus they are a first class supplier with massive stocks. they are brilliant for vestel stuff
all you have to learn is how to put the serial no in to get what you want. you have to add digits
add to this an 0800 no if you need to ring. No other supplier gives you that

Moderatorhotpnt wrote:Thanks, trying to find a part number for the thermistor but most sites list it as the turbidity sensor, is this a combined part, as I can’t see how a turbididty sensor can measure temperature?
its just 2 components in one case. they are separate electrically
