yes its australian and there site says they are part of the electrolux group.

i think i had a similar problem but it was the customer using the fast wash with to big a load and it would not spin.

try resetting if no good then check element and ntc connections door lock if no good probably the pcb.have had aq few of these but usually resetting sorts it.

i had one of about a year ago and i did a lot of head scratchinng but eventually found two coins stuck in the part where the hoses join at the top of machine .i dont know how they got up that far.

could be looking a a board problem.
i know there is a test program for this but i cant put my hands on it .i sure someone will have it and help you out.Galway

open door and take out the sensor at the 6 o clock position and clean .these sometimes get blocked up with fluff.
