Thanks for the quick reply. I checked the heater and the cut out in the bottom of the machine but they all checked out ok. Didnt see the door stat but didnt think that if the temp stat had gone it would flash an error.

Also forgot to say that the customer had originally told me when i arrived that it was the first 3 lights that were flashing each time they tried it. Do you have any idea what that would mean.

Just a quick question, does anybody know the part no for this. Ive just rung up and they need the serial number. Unfortunately the machine door is locked in and will not open. If i had another trip to the customers, 30 min round trip, i would be able to open it, but i dont think the customer can.

Do you need the serial for this model, is there more than one pcb, or will any do.

I rang a few people yesterday and i got told that tecnik spares were being sold by BSH. I gave them a ring and they do.
So i’ve ordered the tecnik parts. I think i’ll phone back today and order the stats for the unbranded machine using the tecnik number.

Are they definately the same machine?

Also i forgot to add, I have a Tecnik washer, Model number TKL 9290 and i need the sump boot. I thought bernstein did these but according to them they dont. I’d swear blind this is the same machine as the one listed above in my other post.

Does anybody know who do Tecnik spares.

Your right about them being a bad machine, i hate them, especially the lcd display version, but the lady wants it repairing whatever the cost. Dont get many people like that anymore!!
