Participanti usually take them off, and reassemble them first, somtimes, the blade just moves a little, and binds on the case, so a quick reassemble works well

Participantnot impossible on that one, its a bitron lock, and the relay was integrated to the door lock
there was an issue with those switches, although it isnt the problem you have
if im honest, its the only thing left that could cause your problem
