if you wanna try it, its your call, but since the hob top needs to come off, it involves some gas work, so we cant advise you
its one of the easiest jobs around, just cant tell you how, sorry

hence, free call out, ultimatley, remember, you can drive round all day tellin em whats wrong with it free
when i was an apprentice (seems a long time ago) we went to a house and told the man his motor had gone, quoted him – free, and he said hed think about it
of course 2 hours later we were going in the local wholesalers, and there he was, leaving the building with a motor under his arm
so after a scuffle, we decided a £25 , deductable call out fee was the best way forward

Participantyour defrost timer is faulty
for immediate results, a 48hr defrost will make it work for a few days
the defrost timer is on the back, in a plastic box to the left of the compressor
production number required to get correct part ( on sticker inside fridge)not a bad job, as long as you unplug it….but whatever you do, it will need defrosting, so its a good start
