    ah yes, turkelec compressors

experience suggests its one of 2 things

it could be short of gas, the gurgling would suggest this.. it cant compress what isnt there.. however, if theres no gas, how did it get out of a sealed system ? a leak of course, which could be cured, as long as its not internal

of course, the compressors themselves are well known for there ability to self destruct, weak pumping, faulty valves

90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the ones ive seen have been compressor failure, which aint cheap, maybe its time to chuck it

    hope this helps

it will if somethings not telling it to switch off!! sensor? maybe?

    hmm, youve changed that

if youve changed everything else then its gotta be the heater, which will be open circuit if its faulty

have you changed the evap cover?

i do have to say (and ive been very vocal about samsung problems, as we all know) that the pcb rarely fails on samsungs

one thing samsung do well is electronics

a quick check with a good multimeter will tell you if the heater is faulty..

    good luck

depends how old it is to be fair

you need to be looking at the serial number

if the rear of the drum is very close to the back panel, then really, its the best option

trouble is, if you fit the shaft kit and belt, all you’ll get is ‘ it didnt scrape before you repaired it line’

when you take the drum out, look around the panel and see if its been rubbing, and point it out to the customer, or ask them if its been noisy, previous to your visit, that’ll help

    good luck

    nope… that aint true

i fit 1-2 of these a week, and i never put a washer on, the whole idea of the new drum was to do away with the shaft kit

i aint gettin into a debate about it, its always optional, of course

    partially blocked pump? worn brushes?

    faulty pressure switches, etc….

of course could be just an out of balanced load

have you tried it with nothing in?

    there shouldnt be a gap

if there is, the felt seals missing, or you havent put it on the supports properly

the drum part number is 1703662 btw

you dont need to put a washer on the shaft if you use that drum, but i always fit a shaft kit , pt number 1703080, if the front pads are worn!!

    hope this helps
