    theres very good chance that the water bottle has a crack in it, its not uncommon, given the fact that youve had a few issues, take out the bottom baskets in the fridge and youll be able to see the water bottle at the bottom, thats the usual culprit

    unless of course the fridge drain holes blocked, but thats rare

    that isnt a good sign

    it may well be a system problem, but it might be worth defrosting it for 36 hrs and trying it again first, it could just be choked with ice

    does it have the pcb on the back, rather than the timer?
