you might wanna try the thermal fuse, running from the neutral on the terminal block to the clock!!!

take rear panel of freezer off and clear the ice

its quite common

its just blocked

try emptying pump filter ( under kickstrip @ front)

try pressing the start button for 5 seconds or untill you hear a beep

or of course if that doesnt work, unplug it for 15 minutes and try again
