    id be checking the thermostats over the heater first

    plug out, banjo shaped rear panel off, the thermostats are over the heater

    other than that, left to right, first light being 1, which order are they flashing ( i.e 2 and 4, or 1 and 3 etc)

    has to be pcb, wire to element directly from board through thermal fuse

    ive seen that before

    itll be the brushes

    take the motor off, and inspect them properly… easy to change, and well worth it

    is it more vibration?

    the fans usually the cause of noise on zanussi dryers

    the bearing can be inspected at the bac, just remove the access plate

    faulty valve? duff heater?
    faulty pcb?

    u need to be checking with a multimeter

    there is no better test of anything than a mulitimeter/megger

    this is becoming more and more common… people reading other forums and concluding things that arent the case

    obviously, youve run the machine with the thermostats bypassed .. its dangerous and wreckless

    u may well find the cure for your dryer is more simple than you realise…
    more recent dryers are lower quality than the one you have, and that should be a consideration

    although saying that, they do work slightly diff to the usual boards, you need to turn the knob to the 12 o’clock position (off) if it doesnt reset.. like i say, pcb failure
