    its the standard C00143056 module, & C00258725 eeprom, but, as helo says the serial number is enough proof of age of machine, if it was bought legit?

    would not think it would blow the pump or module, if it had would expect the blown are to be very notable

    ha, i go the other way, red wires, then empty, 2 black wire, black/blue, then whites, plug, unilnsulated, insulated,

    hi, the pic in manual is not clear enough to see board markings, but, next to the valve block is the pump, then p/sw next along again, then an empty space & thermistor at end, hth

    no such model, can you post correct model number?, (nearest is an FFP187EP which does not have indicator lights)

    if supply to module is OK, then either buttons stuck on control panel, or module failed

    it may be a bit late for you, but may help others, i do all work with the side panel off,Plug out of course, heater change, leak checks etc, no need to disturb either pump then

    Maybe also Adam, you should review some of your customers thoughts on Miele’s before you start slating machines you know nothing about!!

    hi, it would be wise tonight to, unplug, pull out & tilt back the machine to allow any of the leaking water to come out of the base, & the possibly wet motor time to dry, else you run the risk of that soaking in water & failing too

    hope they are good fitters if they are fitting expensive ranges, ie, electrical qualified to part P & 17th ed iee, corgi for the gas side etc etc
