hmm, if you’ve checked all the connections are good and the other one gave you F12, then it looks like a faulty board again 😥

yes its year 4 month 02 date 11
so you should be ok with just the main board, unless the top one was damaged with the origional fault, if there is no life from the top display at all it could be wiring between the two, or duff top board, an eeprom fault should be displayed with an F09 (set-up error/eeprom) or F12 comunication error,

    ok, simple to solve

press & hold ‘start’ till all the lights come on
    release
press & hold ‘start’ & ‘on/off’ at the same time, hold in until ‘doff’ is shown (about 5 secs)
    done

i would guess at the module, if just opening the door solves it, what happens if she selects fast-freeze ?

ah yes, this is the one where if it was produced before date code 10630 then you have to change both modules, sounds like the 2 boards are not communicating though

when you cleaned the pump did you disconnect the float switch? usually a 2 pin plug but the switch has 3 pins, can be fitted back wrong way
***as always, only check it with the plug out***

however if you are going to replace the board then you can discharge the capacitor to remove the 5 mins wait

it would probably be very close to the back of the screws securing the shaft plate to the drum, the kit 1701662 comes with the bearing holder plus 2 new rivets, i dont think the holder is available on its own,

Hi, the front wheels were deleted because they made such a racket, the kit is 1703272 contains belt & the front pads for front duct, as for the rear part, not sure which bit you need but if the shaft has any wear then the kit 1701662 has all you’ll need, new shaft & screws, plus all the fixing bits/pin/collar/bearing

hi, i think the light you say is flashing is the 4th from top? if it is then the fault is telling you the motor control triac on the main control board has failed!, most likely if it seriously overfilled then some of the water would have leaked from the dryer vent down onto the main board & ‘blown it’,
