Nope, can’t say I have, in fact I have had a couple of problems with them lately, sent a Whirpool washing machine motor that should have been an Indesit dishwasher motor and another order that should have included four 1701583 stats but had four 1602390 door interlocks instead.
Both problems instantly resolved on the phone by very pleasant staff and the 4 surplus interlocks have been given to me for nothing.

Suggests a heater related fault, quite common on these Indesit dishwashers.

Re: Indesit WD12S
A WD12S is a WD12SUK. ( check the label on the back 😉 ) Several possible causes of no heat, most of which require the use of the correct electrical test equipment and the knowledge to use it.
Element, ntc, wiring breaks, blockages or fan motor faults causing ntc to fail, are the most common causes.
Please be sure to remove the mains plug if you intend to investigate yourself.

It is only due to the very large number of longstanding customers that sadly still buy Hotpoint & Hoover machines because the old one lasted 15 to 20 years that I have had to prostitute myself repairing this sh**e. I somehow don’t think that using the old belt in this instance would be much use. Took this of a CTD40 today.

Neons 2 & 4 equate to fault F05, pressure switch stuck on full on this Indesit machine. It could be blocked pump or filter, faulty pressure switch, blocked pressure hose etc. You can check the filter to the pump yourself, it is down at the bottom right, get a few towels handy.
That machine will be covered by the five year parts guarantee however their labour charge is almost £90.00
Be sure to remove the plug if you open it up.
