ModeratorRe: HPT WMA30
Had one doing this last week , needed a new board to cure. Boards can be repaired by QER or EMW but not reconfigured. Having said that a new board is only a tenner more.
Worth trying the component test programme first though.

Part number is an 09164138, which is the later pressure switch type with wiring mods. Superceded from 678469 to 09046541 to 09164138
Masterpart list it but as ‘Low Stock’ at £31.00 😯Could be difficult to find now. 😥

ModeratorRe: Hotpoint Aquarius DF61
The last time I had this fault on one of these, I cured the leak, a small split in a connection from the water inlet matrix to the sump, small blob of Araldite, 30 minutes time in total.
I would ask for a second opinion.

Sorry for late reply, family problems. The Partfinder software has the distinction of being the most expensive and also the most error strewn piece of kit imaginable. 😥
The picture diagrams do not show any wiring harness of any kind on the page that shows the dreaded Indesit module, down at the bottom. I tried to take a 3 phase one out of a 5 month old W/D last week and gave up. I managed to see that it had blown quite badly and advised them that even though the Indecent Company could not call out until 18 days later, waiting was still financially the best thing to do.
On the diagram for the console facia and module, at the side are a couple of small bits that are supposed to represent the harness and numbers 142 to 152, unfortunately in the parts list it only shows numbers 142 to 149. I would still bet on the two numbers I have given you as the correct ones, all the others relate to other components.
Jim.

There are two rows of neons, the ones down the side appear to be fixed directly onto the board ( difficult to tell from a diagram) and a row of five along the top of the console, no wiring harness shown for these but the only one in the list that does not make sense is the ‘Harness Serial Link’ ❓

ModeratorRe: Hotpoint BFi62 – Error Code (First LED flashing)
Hi, sorry for not spotting this before, 😳 problems with an elderly relative.
First led flashing means you have a flooded base. Depending on how well or otherwise 😥 your dishwasher was installed, pull the machine out and after removing the mains plug, place a couple of towels around the base and tilt the machine, either backwards or to one side. If water runs out from underneath then that is the reason for the fault code.
You can try the machine again, but if the fault returns then it would suggest that you have an internal leak that needs investigation. Overflow into the base can also be caused by using 3 in 1 or 4 in 1 tablets together with rinse aid. Separate detergent, rinse aid & salt in all but very soft water areas or something like Fairy Active Bursts are a better.iadom

Harness to valves & NTC is 1604539, not sure about harness to display panel, parts list includes ‘Harness Serial link, 1604540, it could be that, ❓
What do you mean by ‘display panel’ this machine only has neon indicators as far as I can see.
1604539 is apparantly in stock at Masterpart.

ModeratorRe: Hotpoint DF61 not filling up with water
You obviously have an internal leak, your main motor is almost certainly OK.
As I mentioned earlier, this not an easy machine to access. Even though we do not appear to have anyone on repairs@ registered in your area, we can often recommend someone. Unfortunately the main man, Dave Conway is on holiday this week. If I read your posts correctly, you have delayed in sorting this problem out, if so then if you can hang on until weekend then Dave will almost certainly be able to put you in touch with a reliable agent in your area.
It is also possible that one of our many Scottish members will know someone near you.
Jim.

When Monty Panesar scores as many runs, (26) as Cook, Pieterson, Collinwood, Flintoff & Jones managed in total it is a very poor show indeed.
