    Re: Electruepart

I have never dealt with Electrue, and I don’t think I will be doing in the near future.
Ordered a Bosch 096805 motor end frame from my usual supplier, to save on delivery costs and time etc. It transpires that they have ordered the part from Electrue and been charged £52.00 for it, before they passed it on to me. 😯

£36.43 inc vat on Bosch web site. 😥

Just, before you do that, take a look in “Public General Enquiries” and move those posts that shouldn’t be there, to where they should actually be 🙂

I do move the odd one now and again, in fact I moved a specific washer fault question from General to Washer & Dryers only last night, and it had already had an answer from one of our little band before I moved it. 😉

    Re: DOOR LOCK WMA 9

Yes they are, it is just another glitch in the Partfinder disc. Initially if you select WMA9 and try to view parts it comes up as under construction, If you enter WMA9, then click on the drop down parts list, select CONTROLS then highlight either of the two programme knobs then click on View Drawing, all is revealed. 🙂

It only shows a couple of pages but I guess those are the only ones that differ from the WMA10 etc.

    Re: ADP8552 ?

Its supposed to be a built in washing machine 😕
Thankfully they have phoned back to cancel the call as they have tried to remove the machine from unit ( they obviously hadn’t checked the drain ) and found they will need a saw, hammer & chisel etc to get it out.

When I said water running out, I meant down the drain, sorry.
    🙂
After that pain of a dishwasher I am hoping not to hear from them again. 😉

    Re: Draining an Indesit WIDL-126-UK

Indesit meant for you to remove the pump filter. tilt the machine back against a wall then prise off the plastic ‘kickstrip’ at the bottom, front of the machine. Behind this you will find the pump filter. if you place a pan or bowl under this, followed by a few towels you will be able to drain the machine.

PS. Try and get them to change for something of better quality, pay a little more if you can afford it, you will be the winner in the long run if you do. 😉

    Re: DOOR LOCK WMA 9

WMA9 has its own manual but it uses the same module and is a Vogue 2 model as are WMA 10/11/13. So the basic test routine should be the samw, at least it is something to work with until you invest in a £16.00 manual for a one off model. 😥

    Re: Connections DVD

Still works for me if I enter the part number via ‘Basket’ I am told it is in stock. If I try to use the search facility by model ( I rarely do , I find it very messy ) I get to the model number, enter door hinge or part number and get ‘No items’ 😥

Strange, I have just copied & pasted, 91700103 into the Masterpart web site and it came up as in stock and also on special offer for quantities. ❓

    Hi Andy,

Can you give us the PNC or Product number, there are at least three variations of your model number., that will give the Zanussi experts a better chance of helping you.

I feel a Yurtesen moment coming on.

Can you post a picture of the ‘X’ piece viewed from either side, and the drum shaft ?

It may well be that the main ‘inner’ bearing has collapsed, if so then it may be new machine time. 😥

If you have half on hour to spare Mark, have a read of this.

    Similar sort of problem.
