As no one else has said it I must say a big thank to Dave for this excellent piece of work. 8)

ModeratorRe: Ariston FZ 101P Integrated Oven
The eeprom is a small chip on the pcb that stores the programmes and control information for each model. In the case of Indesit made appliances especially laundry even the same model can have three or four different eeproms. 🙁

ModeratorRe: Ariston FZ 101P Integrated Oven
The good news is that it appears the eeprom comes pre programmed. Bad news is that knowing Indesit there is a strong chance that there are two different eeproms for each model. 🙁

It needs a pre programmed eeprom, you may be able to transfer the eeprom from the old board if it hasn’t been damaged.

Where did you buy this unit, there is no corresponding appliance that matches that model number or commercial code in the official UK parts software.????

ModeratorRe: ISE, AW23 showing E35?
If my memory is correct I am certain I got a recall on this, fitted a new NTC and fault was cleared.

Just noticed that the ISE advertising banner is still coming up in the Trade Tech forum, should it not be removed for present?

it is supposed to do that if you move the control knob in the middle of a cycle. it will rotate 360 degrees back to where it started. You have to turn the knob to one of the three black dots to reset the timer. The selector switch could be faulty if you cannot reset the cycle.

That model number does not even show up on Partfinder, the only Ariston oven with an FZ prefix is an FZ65.11X. 😕

ModeratorRe: strange one
To be honest I see very few of the Aqualtis machines. They were grossly overpriced for an Indesit and the folk round here can often spot someone in ‘fur coat and no knickers’ 😉 . Most of the ones I have done have been blocked pumps, door seals and broken concrete weights.
Never changed any pcb’s on them.

ModeratorRe: Ultima WDD960 Change dryer temperature?
The question the OP asked was quite specific, it was ‘how do I change the temperature’,’ I need a cool tumble’?
They did not ask what the actual temperature was and AFAIK very few if any ‘USER’ manuals include this exact information. No items of clothing give specific drying temperatures on the care labels. They only list NORMAL (high), COOL (low) or DO NOT TUMBLE DRY. there is no real need to know the actual temperatures at all.
As you have stated the USER manual quite clearly tells you how to set the machine to a COOL tumble so my advice to RTFM was perfectly adequate.
If you really do wish to know what the drying temperatures are then you will need a SERVICE manual. For that you will need to be an Indesit company engineer, something I am not.

ModeratorRe: Weird hoover fault?
The fact that it pulses on and off in exact 6/3 second pulses points to something other than an earth to me though.

All and any suggestions gladly received, you can teach an old dog new tricks, I know that for certain with the dog we adopted from our next door neighbour. 😀

Machine is only 14 months old, didn’t drag it out because it is wedged behind the skirting board at one side and will need a kitchen unit side panel and fridge moving first. 🙁
