With the machine unplugged can you push the drum round, it shouldn’t spin freely but should be easy to turn. If yes then it could be the motor capacitor. Not sure what size or the location of the capacitor on these later machines. The capacitor was awkward to get at on earlier Candy dryers.

Can you check that email address, bouncing back as invalid.

Sorted, I just clicked on your link but you didn’t leave a space between is.. and your email address so removed that and you should now have the manual.

I have a feeling this has momentary switches that only make for a split second as the button is first pushed. Have found the full pdf manual.

Think I may still have the manual for that. PM me an email address and I will send it to you if I can find it.

I once attended a washing machine, dragged it out to find a ‘large brown envelope’ honestly it really was.:D It was rammed with £20 notes over £2000 as it turned out. I alerted the chap who let me in and he was extremely grateful for my honesty. Apparently his wife was in a residential home suffering from dementia. For a while before that she had taken to hiding money all over the house. They were old style notes and the old chap didn’t even have a bank account so I took them to my bank who exchanged them for current £20 notes for him.

The main motor carbon brushes would be the first thing to check. Sadly it’s not unknown for damage to occur to the main pcb when something like the motor brushes cause the circuit breaker to trip.:(

According to the parts list it uses a 5uf capacitor.

Think I might still have the technical docs but never actually worked on one. I can only think of one that was sold in my area many years ago now.:(

Valleyboy22 is really starting to annoy me now, constantly re posting the same bloody questions in separate threads. 😡
