What is the water pressure like from the two hoses? The flow through a valve can become restricted due to breakdown of the internal rubber diaphragm in the valve. Is the problem the same if you set it for a very hot wash as it is for the coolest washes? The problem can also be worse in winter due to the extreme cold temperature of the water causing the powder to clog.

Is the detergent left completely dry or has some been flushed into the drum? When say you are using a Y connector I assume you are using cold fill only then?

Regardless of whether the pump works or not the base should not fill with water, you have a leak somewhere.

Never been able to pin it down exactly but I have seen evidence of occasional leakage in the base from under the detergent drawer on almost every ISE 10 that I have opened up in the past. We have very soft water in this area so over sudsing (if there is such a word) is quite common, especially on hotter washes.

Never seen a door seal leak on these. Most leaks I have seen are from the dispenser drawer. My own ISE10 has the occasional leak at the front but very rare. Might help to reduce the amount of detergent on the very hottest wash. Also a good clean out of the detergent drawer compartment if not done already.

No images visible, need to be hosted elsewhere and linked to. Not so much a bad design as the Achilles heel of all dishwashers with a drop down door that has the controls in it. Some are stronger than others or better routed but all are flexed through 90 degrees every time the door is opened or closed. Failure is almost inevitable if the machine lasts long enough.

Points to dodgy pumps being fitted tbh.

Where are you getting the replacement pumps from?

That could be a later model than our codes cover. Hopefully someone who has access to the latest codes may know the answer.

Could be the elements or the grill control itself. Often when elements fail you can see obvious signs of damage on the element, sagging down, twisted or warped. Testing the elements with a suitable multimeter or meggar the only way to be certain if there are no obvious physical signs.

I obviously don’t get any stock deliveries these days but still get plenty of parcels. I have to say that in this area DPD are head and shoulders above any other couriers.

If the whole of the grill elements come on when the top oven is selected then the elements are ok and the grill selector control is the more likely cause of the problem. As previously mentioned the top oven uses both the grill and a base element.

Does the grill control have a high/ low or double/single setting. If yes then that is the reason for the two grill elements. The top oven normally uses a combination of the grill element and a separate element under the base of the top oven.
