ModeratorYes, that is an ISE10, top quality machine made in Sweden. Believe it or not I have the exact same machine. If you can get some better pictures and possibly host them online or better still I will PM you an email address and you can send them to me. If the worst comes to the worst I could open up my machine but would rather avoid that if possible. Also better pictures would give me an idea of the position of the IC in question.

ModeratorThis is very similar to the pcb used in the BEKO made ISE machines.

ModeratorModel number is on the soap drawer on some models. The fact you don’t have a model number on the facia possibly rules out the high spec ISE 10 range. This a pcb for one of those.

ModeratorWhen you say ‘front panel’ do you mean the full plastic facia of the machine? If so then the model number is usually on that. The ISE range covered entry level spec to very high quality machines. From manufacturers in Turkey, Poland and Sweden all very different machines internally.
I only discovered how easy it was to get a link to my PC’s pictures folder quite recently. My previous Windows phone and my current Samsung/Android phone are linked to my One Drive and all images are automatically uploaded to One Drive which also synchronises with any other pictures I have uploaded from my digital camera or even images sent to me via WhatsApp. When I go to the Pictures app on my PC it loads them all for me to see, edit, copy etc. There is also an option to send any image which generates a unique hyperlink that you can copy and paste into an email or a forum post etc. Mind boggling for sure.:)

ModeratorWe don’t have any board level info at all. That said when an IC blows like that there is sadly an expensive reason elsewhere that has caused it. 🙁
PS. There are several different models of ISE, all with different pcb’s.
If you are using a Windows PC you can get a direct hyperlink to any image in your One Drive pictures folder.

ModeratorIt does have a pressure hose, inside the machine connected between the pressure switch and a small chamber on the outer drum. If the water continues to fill when the power is switched off then the valve and nothing else is at fault. If it continues to fill when switched on then a problem with the pressure switch, pressure hose or the pressure chamber is the likely culprit. It can be due to a small hole worn in the rubber pressure hose, a blockage in the pressure chamber or hose or a faulty pressure switch.

ModeratorCheck heater insulation as well, often throws up drain error codes on these.

ModeratorDo you still need this info?

ModeratorMost likely just the capacitor, it would get rather hot if there was no motor action to blow air over the heating elements. One word of caution, I think this machine is one of the dryers subject to a fire safety recall. Has your dryer had the safety modifications done if it is such a model?
You can check HEREiadom
ModeratorJust checked my old files on the PC and believe it or not I do appear to have the manual for that one plus some extra thermostat info. PM me an email address and I will get it to you.

ModeratorIn over 45 years in the trade I don’t think I ever encountered an open circuit thermistor tbh.

No real improvement of electronics and I wouldn’t buy a washer dryer of any brand.
However I would risk trying a new pump if it was my machine, but then what do I know. 😉
