    Re: SOFTWARE FOR INVOICING?

I use EASY INVOICING, it costs about £20 to buy you can try for free for 6 invoices, if you like you then purchase it, i also use it on my laptop with a mobile thermal printer Brother MW260 they adapted a programe for me, as my printer prints A6 invoices when it reduced from A4 to A6 the print was a little on the small side to read, the programe calculates vat everthing has stock holding, custmer database etc pretty easy to work.JJ you can visit the site here.http://www.easy-invoicing.co.uk/

    Re: Hotpoint WMA66 bearing replacement

The Hotpoint guys used to get a slot to diagnose and 2 slots about 35 mins aslot to fit a complete built up drum, they then went to stripping down tub and replaceing shaft and back half still on 2 slots, now they are expected to if they have the parts on the van a cpmplete strip down removal and replacemant of bearings and reasemble on initial visit. thats what you call progress?

    Re: wf 440 bearings

Most of the WF range 1400rpm and under have 30mm bearings they usually have a whiteish back half the ones with 35mm bearings are 1500 and 1600rpm and the back half is blueish, as for the alloy pulleys they were only fitted to the early WMA’S they fitted plastic pulleys to all the differant spin speed drums since cheers Jj

    Re: Hotpoint service Charges.

They can pay for the Labour only£99 for repair and free 3 months appliance g/tee, they will try and get customer to opt for a repair + service contract for the full year, i think you have to be firm with them regarding paying only for the repair,

    Re: Hotpoint ffa71 Sensors

Not got a clue as the thermistors are not replaceable, can only assume it was a differant fault and he replaced the pcb jj
