The old analogue motor you have to make sure the wash speed is set up correctlty also as it will cause excessive noise and banging about, there was a strobe disc to set it, i used to just count the amount of times each paddle struck the water you adjust screw on back of tacho, i set speed to approx 33 strikes which worked out at about 56 rpm.

There is a member on this site who went on the franchise route, he gradualy built up his private work to the extent he needed to cut down on franchise work but they werent keen on this, to the extent he told them to stuff it!!but he for one was glad he did it to give him a bit of security to get started, mind you he isn’t a dummy he one of the best engineers in this kneck off the woods.

I take it you have checked the inlet valves??? they fill to prime the sump on one valve then change over to the other after short pump out i would guess it is nothing more than an open circuit solenoid. JJ

ROHS is only to identify electrical and electronic parts that pass the WEE directive by removing contaminating materials, the earlier part will fit okay.

Try cutting the shaft of a broom handle about 600mm or buy a bit dowling slightly thicker from a hardware store fit a piece of string to it, lift front of machine slip it under and roll machine out when putting it back use the string to retrieve it, doesnt work on machines jammed right under work top but works okay on most.

My trusty dowling never lets me down when putting them back just rolls back nicely, also does the job when pulling them out.
