    We stopped working for JTM for all the same reasons, we know work providers can be difficult at times, but JTM are in a different league. All the aggro does’nt pay. Good luck to all those working for them…

    These gaskets usually come with service instructions. Basically you have to cut the old gasket off to reveal a groove into which the new gasket is inserted. Reasonably straightforward as long as the gasket has not been folded. By the way normally seals fail because sticky spillages are not cleaned off properly, or the door is being opened by grabbing the door edge (i.e. not using the handle), or maybe you’re just unlucky!

    most likely fault is defrost heater

    The compressor start device is behind the cover, but it is very unlikely to be the problem

    clicking noise is compressor tripping out, probably seized. Its probably beyond economical repair
