You can only really tell by comparing with one which is working correctly, i.e. with experience. Generally by the noise its making as it shifts air. Bit difficult to explain here I’m afraid

could be slow running fan, fan motor problems are not uncommon on rangemaster

the icemaker sensor is o/c, it stops the whole fridge from running

are you sure its not E41, which is normally door latch/microswitches out of alignment

seems unlikely all 3 fans fail simultaneously – more likely to be a main pcb fault
