    sounds like compressor has seized, the click is it tripping out on the overload cut-out

    From memory, try pressing the 2 lowest keypads together either side of the display for about 3-4 seconds, should get you into service mode

    You need the tool which holds off the 200lb brake spring, then its fairly easy. Sometimes you find one of the tub springs have broken

    I believe all electromagnetic radiation dissipates in accordance with the inverse square law, i.e. doubling the distance from the source will reduce the propagated energy by a factor of four

    Got to agree with Chezza, I’ve followed 7-8 Comet jobs for icing Samsungs. “We only fit the fuse kit” seems to be the common line. One customer told me The guy said he dosn’t do fridges as he was a pc engineer :hmm:

    with a 500v insulation tester.
    P.S. always UNPLUG when checking, never trust both poles will switch off on a socket

    its the valve that alternates the wash pump outlet between top and bottom spray arms

    E8 indicates o problem with alternate valve, not a pcb problem

    negative temperature coefficient. Its the one that goes in the dryer duct at the top.
