ModeratorI would definitely take the door off as the repair will be much easier you will need to remove the outer plastic of the door then unscrew the inner and outer plastic frame then you can fit the part and re assemble

ModeratorBosch will do the repair free if your 1 month out of warranty and that’s certain they offer a goodwill matrix depending how long your out of warranty if your over a month then you pay call out £106 and part are free up to a set amount of months

ModeratorVery common there should be resistance reading on the bowl and yep cheaper to buy a new one

ModeratorAs dave has said run a compressor test on p2 and when it’s running you can press one of the option buttons can’t remember which one but it will give you temperature aswell worth plugging in something to the wall or a meter to show the wattage it is drawing to give you indication its working kai

ModeratorThe way these dishwasher work is the drain pump runs then the heat pump runs and you should hear the heat pump change as the speed rams up, for what you are explaining I would either look at the heat pump or the contact Reed switch in the fill chamber kai

ModeratorThe hob that you have purchased and said can draw over 3kw will need to be hard wired you should have check the induction hib draws under 3kw then you would have been able to just plug them in and some if the bosch neff Siemens appliance state they need to have a certain size and type breaker

ModeratorIt is more than likely the heat pump that is faulty if your not getting any heat from it as the check water light comes on for nearly every fault
