Well only the drain valve is something you can check for resistance so your left with contact or drain pump,also check for blockages as when this start the drain pump runs then the heat pumpand then goes through a sequence until it fills
Good to hear that dave I always fit heat pump into water switch 1st as the heater part slips on the pump with no issues at all you just need to make sure that the pump sits flush on the lip so the hose off switch can’t go on any more
Ok could be a number of things contact Reed switch, drain valve, drain pump heat pump, and last of all pcb very unlikely
Ok I think you should have part number 00651956 and dave has said if you put your multi meter on ohms you should get a resistance where the 2 red wires fit on to heat pump around the 30 ohms mark , if heat pump isn’t a original part aswell that could be your problem
No that’s not correct there are 18 different variants gb/1-14 then gb/18-29 then gb34-35 heat pump has different part numbersive checked
If it under 2 years old then it will not need a clean please use the cleaning products in attached picture
The installation should be checked via the manual on location etc, and if it is self cleaning the are products that bosch use to maintain the condenser, evaporator the self clean function works when there is water in the container and flushes the condenser,evaporator so I would advise checking and using the cleaning products I mentioned
