ModeratorMight be worth reading the manual as if you use dishwasher tablets the cycle is also longer as it takes time to dissolve the tablet as that’s a explanation I had from beko technical

ModeratorAhrer with dave on this try on timed dry if it’s the same will definitely be blocked condenser or air flow issue

ModeratorThink you may be confusing this vented model with a condenser dave I can’t see a idler pulley on the drawing, sounds like rear bearing has failed and the shift is running on the back panel

ModeratorSounds like the rear bearing may have failed and caused more problems unplug machine and at the rear there is a half moon plastic cover this is secured with 2 screw take this off is where I would start
kaibart
ModeratorWell checking that the motor is plugged in and that the door lock is plugged in is where I would start
kaibart
ModeratorWhy didn’t the hotpoint repair man fully test the machine to make sure it was functioning properly, I would start with the door lock if that’s fine it maybe a fault in the wiring to the motor or the plug to the motor has come loose
kaibart
ModeratorYes the top need to come off, if it’s the 1 for the oven maybe the small common 1 that beko and rangemaster use
kaibart
ModeratorMidea any thing made buy them is a nightmare and the service provider minerva as they don’t supply you with manufacturers part number they put there on on the parts
