ModeratorGood luck doing that I had to do a report on 1 as the screw nearest the cavity front is impossible to get out I’ve tried just a screw driver bit that’s how tight it is to get at the screws,I would try bending the back of the hinges downwards if this doesn’t fix it it will be cabinet fault

ModeratorIt would work unless the detergent dispenser pcb is changed as that is where the problem lies and the dispenser is a bit fiddley to say the least

ModeratorRight to clear this up for you if any of them 2 hoover candy engineers had a clue they would know there is a technical note related to your machine which advise to change the pcb that controls the dispenser if they come across the fault you are complaining about dave has kindly posted part of the test routine but ask for a stm to call with the engineer he is the manager for the engineers in your area

August 26, 2021 at 5:50 am in reply to: Beko washer WTG741M1W pulsing water in dispenser at spin #478528kaibart
ModeratorIt’s a dosing issue think this way if they run a programme with half a load and put a pod in that pod is designed for a full load so it can’t be cut in half, plus they are not doing the drum clean or maintenance wash once a month if it still happens and they are dosing correctly then change the dispenser and the powder draw, the other thing is liquid detergent is 3 times stronger than powder and I’ve never had a complaint with a leak on a beko with people using powder, the leak happens due to over sudding and the anti clockwise rotation of the drum.

ModeratorThese washers tend to leak when customers use liquid on the daily quick wash a 40 degrees they over sud and leak out of dispenser and track inside and outside of machine this happens on the 1st empty out ,rinse on the cycle mentioned if you put it into the test cycle it may well give you the fault I’m mentioning
