The beko washing machines do a 40°c wash in 58 minutes as Martin has said these are great value for money

Don’t replace with 7uf capacitor that’s why it’s failed use a 8uf capacitor this is a easy job and Hoover actually list a replacement capacitor as a 8uf. Lid off 3 screws holding lid front control panel off 2 screws door off 2 screws 4 screw around door seal then there’s 2 at the top of the front panel and 2 at the bottom point to the top of dryer off with front panel careful as there are 2 black wire to the door lock then there’s just the front duct to remove 4 7mm screws and then you should be able to get to the capacitor on the right hand side simples

Yes can be tested from pcb I think from memory it’s two yellow wires that goes down to ntc where is it kept if it’s not stored in a house more than likely ntc fault as this dryer is designed to work at ambient temp

Or the other option is to supply beko where they can wash a full load under a hour at 30°degrees wash

    Re: Bosch WMs adding time

As I’m sure you are aware how fuzzy logic works on almost every washing machine on the market this is all dependent on load put into machine and programme selected the 40°c cotton programme when selected with speed perfect option is a hour wash but will increase with (ie) bath towels as they absorb the water so every rinse will take longer hence the longer wash time

Re: School Gas & Electric Cooker installation work query

Well the company I work for had fitted zanussi gas cookers into a school and taking that into consideration why would Hoover,Zanussi and hotpoint cover the warrenty that said a domestic ticket you only see low to medium pressure systems which is what we use in a house or flat. If I was in your position I would contact gas safe and say that if I went to Currys and bought a domestic house hold cooker could I fit it in a school? You will be using existing pipework so will only be fitting cooker hose and chain. The igm you have posted doesn’t really point you in right direction and doesn’t class it as commercial it’s like what was unsafe Id Ir or not to current standards until finally they changed it to do not use much simpler to understand

Re: School Gas & Electric Cooker installation work query

If your installing domestic cookers you don’t need commercial part on your gas safe card as regards fitting just do a simple calculation of room size to check if ventallation is fine if you are not 100 percent on any gas work you carry out contact gas safe direct and they will advise you.
