    Re: no work

Yes u read it right, i uplifted a d/w that turned out too be a damn pin prick of a hole in the base, however looking inside while running it was pouring down in there, so i took away and stripped it, found absolutle zilch until i lifted the filter as it was running alll over the underbase of the machine through the black lagging thats slapped all over ( heat shield i assume )
I had to chip a lot of it away to trace the water within and found the pinhole from underneath ( if only i’d lifted the damn filter )

Anyway its a one for the book of things to look out for. must be wafer thin these casings.

    Re: no work

Repaired and returned the two dishwashers this afternoon from another post. New element in the neff and a tub repair to the bosch.

Found that just under the stainless filter that sits flush with the base there seemed to be tiny chips in the very left corner, one so bad it was a pin hole right through, this pinhole was pis{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}ing out underneath, however after discussion with the customer it was ruled out that i persumed she was “lifting” the filter off with a pointed knife or a fork ( to save her long nails ) But she assured me she never does this.

Anyone else found this problem on bosch or any other dishwasher for that matter? certainly looked like “strike” marks from a sharp implement.

The element on the neff gave a little bother but sorted in the end.

Had a ariston built in w/m with a blocked pump and same customer needs a new element in the d/w.

Thats all weve had this week.

    Re: Customer Database

Don’t get me wrong i ain’t knocking a system, but anything thats on a pc and even backed up tends to be a pain when it hits the fan.
My old employer couldn’t grasp the I.T world and crashed the works pc on a daily basis, only for me to have to fix time and time again so i gave him the pen and paper back and it was happy days then on.
I have invoices on the pc etc and ive no problems with I.T stuff/building pc’s etc or running my own forums as i used to, even built my own online shop with a zencart package but all was a lot of effort for little return.
So now its basically a phone, a pen and a notepad, forget the satnav too although im tempted as my fuel bills for getting lost are beyond control tbh. lol

ah i see, so these are seperate, not like the wm spider kits that come with the new bolts.

think the only thing that will be left at this rate to replace will be a drain pump…lol.
