    They would not be able to be re-used or modified in any way but 3,000 such motors here in the UK would have a good scrap value.

    Exactly so and prone to leaks where the stainless container meets the plastic tub base. Look for more water stains and that will lead to the source.

    Its neither the pump nor the black rubber hose that’s leaking. Something above that is leaking and dripping down onto it!
